Rosanna Fox Mulcahy

Rosanna Mulcahy currently works for the City of Asheville as the Asheville Business Inclusion Manager. Before The City of Asheville, Rosanna worked for two CDFIs Mountain BizWorks and Carolina Small Business. Additionally, for about nine years, Rosanna worked as an Auditor for Buncombe County’s Department of Health and Human Services. She was also a small business owner. Rosanna holds a BA in Business and an MBA earned at Montreat College, and she is currently working on her dissertation for her Ph.D. in Human Services.
